JP Chess v MIT
On Sept 18, 2022 JP Chess played a friendly match against MIT away at MIT. While initially there were 12 boards, there were a number of last minute cancellations and no shows from MIT players and the number of boards with JPC v MIT players was cut in half to just six. This resulted in three side games between JPC players.
Overall, JP Chess won the match with 6.5 points verses 5.5 for MIT. A very close match that could have gone either way. An excellent result especially on boards 1 and 3 for Ryan and Sam respectively; and not forgetting Gerard, the only player to win both his games.
Thank you all for participating.
