Over the long weekend (May 25-27, 2024) was the MA Chess Open. We had a least a couple of players from JP Chess attend.
River had a tremendous performance finishing 4th with 4.5/6 in the U1200 section and getting a first provisional USCF chess rating of 1305.
Zach played up a level in the U2100 section and lifted his rating by 100 points after scoring 3.5/6.
